  • Fixed issue where VisionLink is not reporting events from all configured switches in the UI.

  • Unified fleet discovered a gap in the processing of changes to DCN or UCID that would allow duplicate records to be created when the customer reference table was not updated timely. This would lead to store in failures because a record already existed, and customer would receive an error. Unified Fleet has resolved to correct these such errors manually on a daily basis and notify dealers through email when that correction is applied.

  • Within the back office a condition exists that occasionally a process will not complete step 1 before going to step 2 and the process will fail since the data in step 1 is not available to be further processed in step 2. Unified Fleet has developed a check and balance system to identify when this happens and correct the issue manually. Once corrected the dealer will be notified by email to ensure that the asset can be properly associated to the device. Dealers will have the ability to interact with the back office through that email if the fix is not satisfactory.

  • Managing issue where "Customer Reference" not created in both the tables available at Virtual Site Solutions (VSS). Customer is sent an email when an asset fails subscription due to the issue. VSS team then rectifies the failure.

  • Managing race condition where data is not available for processing even though previous step completion would indicate otherwise. VSS team to manually resolve issues daily and notify the dealers.

  • Resolved issue where a user trying to change their email was seeing an error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later." Email change is now processing correctly.

  • Maintenance History Report (.xlxs file) in Unified Service is showing the wrong completion date for a Preventive Maintenance (PM), when the UI in Unified Service shows the correct date. Reporting inconsistency is resolved.

  • Resolved issue where Unified Service is prohibiting correct processing of PM intervals. The UI is now allowing processing of all PM intervals following a factory reset.

  • Assets are not showing correct checklists and parts lists in Unified Service for scheduled PM’s. Issue is fixed in the UI.

Enhancements

Notifies you when the operator changes the power mode (economy, power, and run) of assets with PL631 devices. Previously, only the operator knew which power mode was selected. This information is important because the economy mode optimizes fuel consumption over power while the power mode optimizes power over fuel consumption by compensating for engine droop. This feature enables you to monitor performance so you can train customers and operators how to improve fuel consumption, performance, and overall asset efficiency.

In the Parametric Gauges menu option in Asset Details, dashboard opens a new screen that displays the following parametric values from Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles (VECV) and Escorts assets:

Enhancements

Working time can be calculated based on an asset's transition from Asset On to Idle states and from Idle to Asset Off states. The asset is considered to be working from the time the device reports an Engine On event until the time it reports an Idle Start event, and from the time the device reports an Idle Stop event until the time it reports another Idle Start or Engine Off event. A green bar in Asset Operations indicates that the asset was working.

Users can set up generator-specific Last Known Status alerts for generator sets equipped with a PLE641 or PL641 device. Generator-specific status alerts include:

  • Engine Stopped

  • Engine Running

  • Engine Cool Down

  • Engine Stopping

  • Not Ready to Run

A Password field has been added to the Test feature for other OEM providers.

VisionLink will no longer support creating most Asset Status alerts for PL321SR and PL321VSR systems. Non-Reporting alerts will still be supported. This change was made to prevent undesired Operation Time Boundary Violation events (E2133) from occurring on machines equipped with these systems. Existing alerts created prior to this release will not be deleted.

To manage performance better, when creating an alert, users will now only be able to add a maximum of 50 contacts. Any existing alerts that are set up to notify over 50 contacts will be reconfigured into multiple accounts.

VisionLink 2.2 Iteration 1 (22 April 2011)

Migration Improvements

  • Issues with historical data loading have been resolved. Assets that are migrated over from Equipment Manager will include up to 13 months of available historical data.

  • Also, Add-On Subscriptions (for example, Cat® Maintenance, Cat® Health, Cat® Utilization) should now show up immediately in VisionLink when added through the Trimble Store for VisionLink.

Time Fence Alarms

  • PL321 devices will now have the Time Fence configuration disabled by default. This was causing unwanted errors to be generated by the advisor system on the respective machines. With this improvement, the Time Fence will only be activated when there is an "Asset On" Alert configured for that device. The Time Fence will remain active on the device until that asset has been removed from all "Asset On" Alerts in VisionLink. Fault codes that were being generated as a result of the time fence violation will no longer appear in VisionLink or come across as Fault Code Alerts.

Outbound Device Messages

  • Customers outside of North and South America reported issues receiving Over the Air (OTA) configurations for Pl321 devices. An issue was discovered in VisionLink that caused the application to send OTA messages to the wrong Orbcomm base station and therefore never make it to the device. This issue has been resolved and customers can now send OTA messages to Pl321 devices worldwide. OTA messages include Zone Geo-Fence boundaries and device configuration settings.

Utilization

  • Maintenance Customers reported that Interval changes were being reset to default sometimes. This issue has been improved. In the future any modified intervals should not reset except when the user clicks the "Reset to Defaults" button.

  • Several issues around the Parts list were addressed including an error being thrown when sending Parts with decimal values (such as fluid volumes) to the Parts Store.

Usability Improvements

  • Search should now work properly when a Product Family, Model, or Device Type is entered for the query.

  • Utilization graph colors in Asset Details should now be displayed properly for Assets without any respective values.

Release Notes for VisionLink 2.1

VisionLink 2.1 Iteration 5 (16 March 2011)

Utilization

  • Within the Asset and Fuel Utilization screens, we improved the issue when a user clicked the Hours & Performance major headings within Asset Utilization and Idle, Working, and Running (Total) major headings under the Fuel Utilization table grids. By doing so, it will ensure that it does not affect your current column sorted from being removed within each of the categories mentioned above.

Maintenance

  • When completing a service, the dialog box allows you to enter who performed the service. The drop-down will now provide a list of the parent Cat Dealers.

Alert Notifications

  • Any new alerts received through e-mail or SMS text messages will provide the timezone based on the local machine timezone/location if location is known.

API (Data Feed) - Sample Java Code

  • All the sample Java Code is available for review within VL API website.

VisionLink 2.1 Iteration 4 (10 March 2011)

Time Fence Boundary Violations

  • For every machine that was migrated to VisionLink, there was a "24/7" time fence configured on the PL device. Users were seeing a Time Fence Boundary Violation within the cabs and VisionLink. In the future, all new machines migrated will NOT receive the "24/7" time fence configuration.

Assets Not Reporting into VisionLink after Migration

  • VisionLink was not processing all the new migrations due to a server performance issue. This caused machines to show up in VisionLink but was not reporting correctly. VSS has resolved the performance issue and all the machines in VisionLink should be reporting as expected.

Timestamps Displaying as GMT

  • Previous to this improvement, VisionLink was displaying event times that were not received with a valid location as GMT time. We have resolved this issue to make sure that the data presented is in the asset local timezone. Historical records are being updated, but will not be fully processed until approximately 24 hours after the deployment is complete.

Health > Fault Codes

  • Improved the usability between the table and graph under the Asset Details > Health > Fault code screen specific to PL522 and PL523 devices.

  • For a PL52x device, VisionLink will display where the actual fault code occurred on the map to allow better interaction between the table and graph.

Misc

  • Date Last Reported Logic (Location Not Required) - Within the Date Last Reported field in VisionLink, we improved the logic to determine this date by ensuring that a location is not required before the Date Last Reported is updated. In the future, anytime we receive an event, regardless if location is provided, will display the date time stamp within the "Date Last Reported" field.

VisionLink 2.1 Iteration 1 (3 January 2011)

User Level Sites

Illustration 1g03328918

  • Under Manage Sites, the actual site boundary is now being displayed on the map for those Sites that the user has not chosen as a "Favorite". Refer to Illustration 1.

  • All other maps within VisionLink will now only display sites that have been marked as a "Favorite", except the Manage Sites dialog screen.

Alerts

  • When a user receives an alert, we provide the specific location with a hyperlink that directs the user to Google maps to provide you the specific location of the asset. A marker is now provided to identify where the specific asset was located.

Misc

  • When in Portuguese, the application no longer hangs for a period nor locks up when text is entered into the Search box.

Release Notes for VisionLink 2.0

VisionLink 2.0 Iteration 5 (5 November 2010)

Below is a brief summary of the issues resolved in this production release:

Google Maps

  • Map view redrawing back to info window after location Search is executed - With the Info window open within the Google map for a particular asset and a user typed a location in the Search box, it caused the map to redraw to the location entered in the Search field. When the refresh happened, a second or so later, the map view would pan back to the original Info window view. This was found in both IE 6 and FF 3.6.8.

Utilization

  • The Fuel Burn Rate is not getting displayed according to values configured in the settings screen - For assets that had a device on them (for example, PL121) that do not provide Fuel Burn Rates, you can set them within the settings tab under Fuel Utilization. Upon configuring your burn rates they were not updating within the Fuel Utilization table grid.

Misc

  • Alerts - We are continuing to monitor any performance issues within the application. This issue revolved around over 3K alerts displayed in the alerts tab and the user resolved around 90 at once which caused some lag in the performance.

VisionLink 2.0 Iteration 4 (15 October 2010)

Fleet Summary

  • Date Last Reported Logic - We have improved the logic used to report the "Date Last Reported" field to reflect any message type that is received in the back-office for an asset regardless whether it reports a valid location.

Health

  • Improved SIS Links to troubleshoot procedures.

  • Resolved Firewall issue by changing port to common port.

  • Resolved link for SIS Troubleshooting from Individual Machine view.

  • Resolved the issue of 522/523 devices reporting "Fault Codes" not showing location of the time that the event occurred.

  • SOS Sample Date corrected - When any fluid analysis result came across from Cat SOS system, VisionLink was adding a UTC timestamp which caused the sample not to be viewable for that particular day based on the user time preference which has now been resolved by removing the UTC timestamp.

Utilization

  • System Lockup when resizing/moving windows - We have resolved the issue when viewing assets in the Asset Operations page to ensure when a user resized the browser window, it would not lock up causing the user to have to close the browser and restart the application.

Asset Details

  • Registered Dealer Missing from Asset Details - Within the Asset Details > System Details tab under Asset Information, we resolved the issue of not bringing in the "Registered Dealer" for certain assets.

  • Asset Details - If a user was in the application at a non-maximized screen view and they went into the asset details screen, it would cause the window not to be fully viewable nor would it have a scroll bar. We have resolved this by bringing in a scroll bar to ensure that the user can have full visibility to the data displayed.

Misc

  • Customer Log in Accounts - This is an improved dealer admin feature to allow them to edit or delete their customer user accounts within the application.

  • Safari - Preference > Whenever the Preference is updated, Adobe Flash Player 9 Error (Action Script Error) has been resolved.

  • Alert - Alert history now displaying both open and resolved alerts for a given date range.

Translations

  • Translation Issues with non-English Characters - We have resolved the issue for all non-English characters that had the special symbols that were showing a box or no text at all.

VisionLink Store

Release Notes for VisionLink Store (16 December 2013)

Device Type on Store Subscribe Page

Device type field has been added to the subscribe page next to "Device Serial No." field to allow dealers to view when the device is retrieved from the Caterpillar system or entered after pressing the Tab key on keyboard.

Illustration 2g03644168

Same Serial Number for PL121 and PL321

Sometimes PL121 and PL321 devices share serial number. This happens when a PL121 is upgraded to a PL321 or when a PL321 is downgraded to a PL121. In this event, after dealer enter the device serial number, dealers can choose which device type they want to activate by pressing the Tab key after the serial number is entered. A pop-up window will be displayed for selection.

Illustration 3g03644170

If either one of the devices is already active, the store will display the error "This Serial Number and Device Type already has active services under dealer. Please terminate services to proceed". Both device types must be inactive in order for the dealer to proceed.

Illustration 4g03644171

If none of the devices are active, the add services page will be presented in the store.

PL421 Device Serial Number Check

The Caterpillar 10-digit serial number should be used when subscribing a PL421. If dealers subscribe a PL421 with the 9-digit Trimble serial number, the store will display the error message "System cannot retrieve this device Serial Number. It is either missing or invalid. Please check the Serial Number".

Carrier Restriction in Store

Dealers who are not in China will not be able to subscribe a cellular device with China Mobile as the carrier in their VisionLink store. China dealers will not be able to subscribe a cellular device with the carrier other than China Mobile.

If dealers subscribe a device without the match carrier, the store will display error message "System cannot retrieve this device serial number. It is either missing or invalid. Please check the number".

Release Notes for VisionLink Store (15 April 2013)

Dealer Authorization and Change Billing Responsibility

Sometimes theCat® dealer may choose to enable their associated SITECH Dealer to order subscriptions on their behalf (order services that will be billed to the Cat Dealer). If a Cat Dealer wishes to enable their associated SITECH Dealer to place subscription orders on their behalf (using the Cat Dealers bill-to address), the Cat Dealer should submit a support ticket request via the Salesforce.com portal or emailing vl_support@trimble.com. After Support completes the Dealer Authorization process , then both Dealers will be assisted by using the Change Billing Responsibility function, which allows the billing of subscription services to be transferred between the Cat Dealer and their associated SITECH Dealer.

Editing Asset ID in VisionLink

Asset ID can now be updated in the VisionLink application by the Owner/End Customer. When this occurs, the new asset ID will be updated in the Store and passed to the Caterpillar Equipment Data system. Within Equipment Data, the equipment record associated to the bill-to dealer of the asset will be updated with the new asset ID. Dealers should use their existing processes to maintain asset IDs in Equipment Data to communicate asset ID updates to the VisionLink Store and VisionLink application. Asset IDs updated directly in VisionLink will take precedent over dealer asset ID updates. If a dealer wishes to overwrite an asset ID updated directly in VisionLink, they will be required to use the Equipment Data user interface, which will present a confirmation window that the dealer will have to accept before the asset ID will be overwritten.

Module Registration Messages With Change of Dealer

When the store receives module registration messages, if the dealer is different from what the store reflects for the asset, the message will not be processed to prevent existing active services from being canceled by registration messages. The process for when an asset changes from one dealer territory to another is as follows:

  1. If the original administering dealer has already canceled all active VisionLink subscriptions for the transferring asset, then the new administering dealer will be able to add services to the asset using the Subscribe process in the VisionLink Store.

  2. If the original administering dealer has not already canceled all active VisionLink subscriptions for the transferring asset, then the new administering dealer will receive an error message when attempting to use the Subscribe process. The error message will indicate which dealer holds active subscriptions on the asset and that dealer must be advised to cancel their existing subscriptions before the subsequent dealer can add new services to the asset.

Owner Visibility Date

Illustration 6g03371041

The owner visibility date for satellite device activations will automatically be defaulted to the current service activation date (same as cellular device activations). As with cellular devices, dealers will be able to adjust the owner visibility date before adding services to the cart.

Illustration 7g03371043

A message will be displayed when the "Add to Cart" button is clicked when users use Subscribe and Migrate pages to add services.

The Owner Visibility Date feature allows Dealer users to control which subscriptions the Customer will see in the VisionLink application and gives Dealer users the ability to backdate the visibility date thereby allowing the Customer to view subscription data history. The visibility date can be backdated up to 13 months from current date, but will be limited by the amount of history the Dealer has available to them for that machine.

This feature is available when adding services to a machine using the Subscribe process, the Migrate process or the Add-On plans process.

Release Notes for VisionLink Store (January 2013)

VisionLink Service Plans are that were not transferring to VisionLink Store

Release Notes for VisionLink Store (December 2012)

The default search source has been made to "All" rather than "EquipmentManager" since 30 November 2012.

UCID Virtual Customer across Multiple Organizations

Starting 14 December 2012, the store will allow virtual customers that are set up under both ARFC and ERFC dealers to subscribe in. And customers who have assets under both ARFC and ERFC dealers will be able to view all the assets in one virtual customer account in VisionLink application.

Cat Data Feed Timestamping

Illustration 9g03333508

Timestamp has been added to Cat data feed error report and device migration diagnostics report, since 30 November 2012.

Satellite Device Registration at Cat Factory

This enhancement is the phase 1 of the project Automated Devices Activation (ADA) that is worked between Caterpillar and Trimble.

Trimble has set up a factory dealer code, "YFAC". When a Cat factory installs a satellite device on equipment, the factory will register the device and Trimble will receive the "ModuleRegistration" messages through Cat data feed and create/update IB records under "YFAC" if the IB records are not under any Cat dealers.

Release Notes for VisionLink Store (November 2012)

Improved Free Period End Date process communication

Product Link standardization is a Caterpillar commercial program that offers factory installed Product Link hardware at no charge and subscription credits for VisionLink for 36 months. To qualify, assets must meet the eligibility criteria noted below.

For more subscription information, refer to the "Product Link Subscription and Parts Guide" at "https://dealer.cat.com/pl".

Eligibility Criteria

Asset has been factory installed with a Product Link device and has a qualifying Cat serial number

  • Refer to "Product Link Standard Eligible Serial Numbers" excel document at "https://dealer.cat.com/pl". (updated monthly)

  • Serial number must fall on or after the First Effective Serial Number (and before the Last Effective Serial Number if applicable).

Asset has been sold - Program start date is equivalent to the Delivery Date recorded in the Caterpillar Service Information Management System (SIMS).

The current billing month is within 36 months of the asset Delivery Date. Program eligibility will expire 36 months plus one billing month from the date of delivery regardless of when subscriptions were originally initiated. For example: An asset delivered to the customer in February of 2011 but not activated until February 2012 will have a free period of February 2011 through February of 2014. The free period end date can be viewed through the VisionLink Store, but because calculation of this date occurs monthly, it may take up to a month before it is displayed.

Standard Billing Process

Illustration 10g03328955
Product Link VisionLink billing example

VisionLink billing is managed by Trimble Navigation, with monthly dealer invoices available to be viewed online within the Trimble Receivables Manager application on the 20th of each month.

Invoices received are for VisionLink services rendered that month, however bills are only issued in full month increments. There are no charges accrued for the first month in which service is initially activated, however full charge will be due for the final month that service is active, regardless of what day during the month services were stopped.

The Cat dealer will be charged for subscriptions associated to any assets that do not meet eligibility criteria for promotional programs, at which point standard subscription rates per asset per month will apply. Check with Cat district or technology representative on other promotional programs that may apply for dealer aftermarket installations or for factory-installed devices where the free subscription period has expired.

Release Notes for VisionLink Store (October 2012)

New features available in this release of the VisionLink Store and Trimble Billing Portal are listed below:

Dealer Bill-to and Customer Ship-to Address Management

The following enhancements have been made to the VisionLink Store since 8 October 2012:

Dealer Bill-to Address

The incoming dealer bill-to address from the Cat® system data feed for new assets will be suppressed and replaced by the existing dealer account primary bill-to address in the VisionLink Store. For the existing assets in the store, the bill-to address will not be changed by the Cat data feed. In summary, to avoid dealer bill-to address issues, the store will be the only place for updating dealer bill-to addresses. This will prevent the dealer from receiving multiple VisionLink invoices caused by changing the bill-to address via the data feed.

Customer Ship-to Address

If the customer is new, the incoming valid address from the Cat data feed will be created and made as the primary ship-to address in the store. If there is no valid address for the new customer, the store will automatically use the dealer primary bill-to address but with "Please Update" as the first address line. If the customer account exists in the store, the incoming valid address will be created and will be made the primary address only when no valid address exists for this customer account. If there is no valid address, the store will use the existing valid ship-to address for this customer.

Store Error/Warning Messages Update

Starting 20 October 2012, the store error/warning messages will be updated to provide simple troubleshooting instructions and support team contact information. The following enhancements have been made to this release of VisionLink:

Subscribe Process

Current dealer ownership information, dealer name will be added to the store error/warning messages, so that when users attempt to subscribe active assets under a different dealer, the current active dealer will be displayed in the error message. Dealer users can then contact the current active dealer to have them cancel the services. Then the new dealer can change ownership and add services using the subscribe process.

Cancelation and De-registration Process

New warning messages will be added to the store when you cancel subscriptions and de-register satellite devices. You can click "OK" to proceed or "Cancel" to stop cancelation or de-registration.

Device Replacement

Device serial number and current ownership information will be added to the device replacement warning messages, when the new device is not under your dealership.

VisionLink Service Invoice Size Reduction

The following enhancements will take effect as of the October 2012billing period:

  • VisionLink service invoices for Cat dealers will not contain items which have zero net values.

  • The following subscriptions are billed at zero and will be excluded from both the printed invoices and Trimble invoices on the billing portal:

- Subscriptions for assets that qualify under the Cat Approved Condition Monitoring program.

- Subscriptions for assets that qualify under the Product Link Standardization program.

- Subscriptions that are billed at no charge, such as Manual Maintenance.

  • There are no changes made to the billing extract. All subscriptions, including zero amount charges, will be included on the monthly billing extract.

  • A notation will be added to the invoice header as follows: "Full line item detail is available through your electronic billing extract".

AT&T Expanded Country List

AT&T and Trimble have amended the worldwide coverage agreement. Starting 2 October 2012, 35 new countries have been added to the international coverage agreement. In total, there are now 126 countries in new coverage area.

For VisionLink, covered countries-of-interest now include Chile, Ghana, Kuwait, Qatar, and others. Furthermore, the AT&T SIM card will work on multiple networks in any given countries. This intra-country roaming capability greatly increases the probability of being within coverage of an authorized network when a country has more than one operator.

Refer to Table 2 for group of countries now included in coverage area.

Device Transfer when using the Subscribe Screen

When using the Subscribe process to change the device on a machine, an error message was appearing if the existing device on that machine was deregistered. Withthe9 June 2012update is in place, then the Dealer user will be able to use the subscribe process to change the device on a machine that has an existing deregistered device on it (No matter if the exiting device is registered or deregistered).

To review this process, a Dealer user can use the Subscribe screen to change the device on an inactive machine. The dealer must enter the machine serial number and make code, then use the Search button to retrieve the machine and exiting device. The Dealer user can then replace the existing device serial number with the new device serial number and press the Tab key to update the Carrier. Then click Continue to add services to the new machine device combination and proceed to complete the order.

Special Characters in the Account Names

When the customer name has non-English characters, the account hierarchy message to VisionLink was failing. As a result, the customer name was appearing blank in VisionLink application.

With the9 June 2012update is in place, then the account hierarchy message will send to VisionLink without failures. Customer names with non-English characters will display in VisionLink application.

Clarification on Free Period Processing

To receive Free Period Credits on the VisionLink Invoice:

  • The machine has to be eligible for the Free Period (a spreadsheet of eligible serial number ranges is available on the dealer.cat.com portal: dealer.cat.com/pl).

  • The machine must have an Asset Sold Date in the VisionLink Store (Populated with the Delivery Date in the Cat SIMS database).

  • After the Free Period expires, the service charges for the machine revert to standard charges (unless they are part of the ACMP program).

Deregistration of Orphan Devices

When executing a device replacement on a machine with a PL121/ PL321 devices and you want the subscription services to stay active, keep the current device active when replacing it (the new device must be the same type as the current for subscription services to transfer). After the replacement has been completed, the original device stays in the system with no machine data but in a registered state.

Explanation for Firmware Versions in the VisionLink Store

In the "Asset Base" tab of the VisionLink Store Firmware versions of the Radio Device and the Gateway Device (if applicable) are displayed as columns in the search result information. These Firmware versions are the initial versions and do not reflect subsequent firmware upgrades. To view the current firmware version of device and gateway, use the Asset Details screen in the VisionLink application.

Order Confirmation Emails

Starting in April 2012, when an order is placed using the VisionLink Store, the Order Confirmation email will be sent to the VisionLink Store user who placed the order. The order confirmation was previously being sent to the primary contact of the bill-to Address and was creating confusion.

Service Acknowledgement Clean up 2011

A group of machines where services were ordered and placed in VisionLink, but that were not billed for are being reconciled in April 2012. For those impacted machines Dealers will start getting billed for these machines in April 2012 (the rate will be zero on these machines if the machines are part of a promotional program).

Release Notes for VisionLink Store (January 2012)

Caterpillar Deregistration Process for PL121 and PL321 Devices

This enhancement will allow dealers to continue to deregister devices in the field and have this information flow into the BSS system. In addition, this process does provide the dealer with deregistration capabilities in the VisionLink Store without requiring a visit to the Machines. The deregistration request will be automatically processed through the VisionLink Store to the VisionLink application. The VisionLink application will then automatically send an Over-the-Air deregistration command for deregistration requests initiated in the VisionLink store. No manual processing will be needed.

Release Notes for VisionLink Store (December 2011)

Two issues that were resolved in the November Billing run listed below:

  • The first issue is related to machines that had VisionLink subscriptions added in the October period. For these machines, dealers were charged for services in part of the October period and in the November period on the November invoice (effectively charged for 2 months of subscriptions). Dealers should not have been charged for any October service period on these machines. To reconcile this overcharge, the affected machine services charges will not be billed in the December period on the December Invoice. The charges for these machines will start again in the January Billing run.

  • The second issue relates to the billing extract from the VisionLink Store. As a result of the November invoice issue, the billing extract did not accurately reflect November invoice line items. The issue has been resolved and the billing extract now accurately reflects the November invoice detail.

A team is being set up in Colorado to call Dealers to go over billing issues. This team will help reconcile any open items relating the Dealer account and to ensure that Dealers have proper access to invoice data.
