开始:
- 拆下空燃混合器。
- 卸下废气旁通。
- 拆下管组件 (1) 和卡箍。 拆下软管 (2) 和卡箍。

- 拆下弯头 (3) 和弯头组件 (4) 。
注: 安装时，废弃密封垫并更换。 必要时，拆下管道螺塞。

- 断开管组件 (7) 。 拆下管组件 (6) 和 O 形密封圈。

- 连接适当的起吊设备来拆下涡轮增压器 (10) 。 涡轮增压器 (10) 的重量约为 57 kg (126 lb)。

- 拆下锁紧螺母 (11) ，然后拆下涡轮增压器 (10) 。
- 拆下涡轮进口温度传感器 (14) 。

- 拆下螺柱 (12) ，然后拆下适配器组件 (13) 。 安装时，废弃密封垫并更换。 必要时，拆下管道螺塞。
安装步骤
- 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装涡轮增压器 (10) 。
- 将工具 (A) 涂覆到螺柱 (12) 上。
注: 如果拆下了管道螺塞，安装前将工具 (A) 涂覆到螺纹上。
- 将工具 (B) 涂覆到我了进口温度传感器 (14) 上。
- 将工具 (A) 涂覆到锁紧螺母 (11) 上。 拧紧至扭矩为 54 ± 4 N·m (40 ± 3 lb ft)。
- 将工具 (C) 涂覆到管组件 (6) 的 O 形密封圈上。
- 将工具 (D) 涂覆到管组件 (1) 的 O 形密封圈上。
