The antenna is an antenna for the global positioning system and a satellite communication antenna. There are six possible antennas. Two antennas have 6.1 m (20 ft) cables. Two antennas have 0.91 m (3 ft) cables. One antenna with each cable length is available for mounting on a bracket (stud mount). One antenna with each cable length is available for magnetic mounting. The 207-6136 Plate (Mounting) is available for suitable installations. This plate is shown in illustration 3. If this plate is not suitable, a mounting plate may be fabricated in order to mount the antenna.

The 207-6795 Installation Kit includes the 170-7142 Control Harness As. The wiring harness is enclosed in a protective braided cover.
Shock Mounting Kit

The Product Link module requires shock mounting in certain applications. All track-type machines require shock mounting. The shock mounting is not required when the Product Link Module is installed in a shock mounted cab on a wheeled machine. When the Product Link Module is installed on a wheeled machine, OUTSIDE of a shock mounted cab, the shock mount must be installed. See Operation Section, "Installation" for more information. The components for shock mounting are packaged together in a kit. The kit is shown in illustration 5.
