- Install the seal and the backup ring onto the plate. Install the plate assembly into pump body (20) .
Note: Check all seals for damage or wear. Replace worn seals or damaged seals.

- Install gears (19) and (21) into pump body (20) .
- Install seal (17) and backup ring (18) onto plate (16). Install plate (16) .

- Install the O-ring into cap (14). Install cap (14) .

- Install three O-ring seals (12). Install the O-ring seal and coupling (9) .

- Install plate (10) into the gear pump.

- Install gears (7) and (8) .

- Install seal (5) and backup ring (6) into plate (4) .

- Install plate (4) .
- Install the seal into the pump adapter. Use tooling (A) in order to install the snap ring.

- Install O-ring (3) into pump adapter (2) .
