取下带帽螺丝时,弹簧力的释放可能对人员造成伤害。 卸下油缸总成的带帽螺丝时,内弹簧就会释放,它会造成伤害。 松开带帽螺丝时,要永远把盖子按住。 维修这些零件时,必须按照维修手册写明的工作程序。 |

在检验、保养、测试、调整及维修发动机时，请小心确保盛接流出的液体。 在打开或拆解任何储有液体的部件之前，要准备好合适的容器收集液体。 有关适合收集和盛接卡特彼勒产品上的液体的工具和供应品，请参阅专门出版物, NENG2500, "卡特彼勒代理商工具目录"。 按照本地法规和条例处置所有液体。 |
- 停下机器。 接合停车制动器并把发动机关闭。
- 把变速箱控制阀 (1) 的护罩卸下 (2) 。 这提供通往控制装置的入口。

- 在机器轮子前后垫上楔子。 取下差速器驱动轴。

测压孔口。 (3) 盖 | |
- 在测压口 (D) 和测压口 (G) 上把盖子 (3) 卸下，再装上 6000 kPa (870 psi)压力表。
- 在 停泊 位置或 空档 位置上，使发动机在低怠速下转动。 记录压力表上的压力。 测压孔 (D) 是第八离合器，而测压孔 (G) 是第五离合器。 卸下压力表，并更换盖子 (3) 。
- 在测压孔 (B) ，测压孔 (F) 和测压孔 (H) 上把盖子卸下 (3) 再装上 6000 kPa (870 psi)压力表。
- 在 前进一档 位置，低怠速下使发动机转动。 记录压力表上的压力。 测压孔 (B) 是第一离合器。 测压孔 (F) 是第六离合器，而测压孔 (H) 是第七离合器。 卸下压力表，并更换盖子 (3) 。
- 在测压孔 (C) 和测压孔上 (E) 把盖子卸下 (3) ，再装上 6000 kPa (870 psi) 压力表。
- 在 前进二档 位置，低怠速下使发动机转动。 记录压力表上的压力。 测压孔 (C) 是第二离合器，而测压孔 (E) 是第四离合器。 卸下压力表，并更换盖子 (3) 。
- 在测压孔上 (A) 把盖子卸下 (3) 再装上 6000 kPa (870 psi)压力表。
- 在 后退一档 位置，低怠速下使发动机转动。 记录压力表上的压力。 测压孔 (A) 是第三离合器。 卸下压力表，并更换盖子 (3) 。
- 参考图表1 以取得正确的压力。 如果需要调整，参考 系统操作、测试和调整, "初始压力 - 测试和调整"。
