Description of Change: A seal (2) has been added to the upper section of the steering column in order to keep contamination out of the steering column and contamination out of the bearings.
The needle bearing and ball bearing in the upper section of the steering column are now available as a service part.
Adaptable To: Improvements that have been made to the 6R-7553 Steering Column are effective with the following machines: TH62 (S/N: 4TM2494-UP), TH82 (S/N: 3JN814-UP), TH63 (S/N: 5WM4143-UP), TH83 (S/N: 3RN2493-UP) and TH103 (S/N: 3PN1213-UP)
176-1062 Needle Bearing As (3) and 176-1063 Ball Bearing (4) can be used in order to service 6R-7553 Steering Column (1) on the following machines.
