TH62, TH63, TH82 and TH83 Telehandlers Caterpillar

The tire inflation pressures that are shown in the following tables are cold inflation pressures for tires on Caterpillar machines and shipping pressures for tires on Caterpillar machines.

Tire inflation pressures for each application may vary. These tire inflation pressures should be obtained from your tire supplier.

Stand behind the tire tread and use an inflation chuck on the air line with a Caterpillar 4S-6524 Tire Pressure Gauge, or 1P-0545 Tire Pressure Gauge. If these tire pressure gauges are not available use an equivalent tool to check the tire pressure.

Caterpillar does not recommend filling the tires with foam. Foam filled tires may cause damage to certain machine components. The use of foam filled tires may void the warranty.

It is permissable to install liquid sealant in the tires of all models. Ensure that the machine maximum weight is not exceeded by the addition of sealant, as this will invalidate warranty and certification of certain components and structures.
