Stopping the Machine

Park on a level surface. If it is necessary to park on a grade, block the wheels securely. Engage the parking brake. Do not engage the secondary brake while the machine is moving, unless the primary service brakes fail. |
- Apply the service brake in order to stop the machine. Hold down the service brake pedal after the machine has stopped.

- Release the service brake pedal. Ensure that the parking brake is holding the machine.
