Power Train Oil Screen - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Disconnect switch (1). Remove two bolts (2) and the washers that secure tube (3) to the power train oil pump.

- Remove four bolts (4) and the washers. Remove tube (3) from the bevel gear case.

- Remove O-ring seal (5) from flange (6). Remove tube (7) from housing (8) .

- Remove flange (6) from tube (7). Remove two O-ring seals (9) .

- Remove four nuts (10) and plate (11). Use magnets to remove washer (12), screen (13), and tube assembly (14) .

Installation Procedure
- Install tube (14), screen (13), and washer (12). Install plate (11) and four nuts (10) .

- Install two O-ring seals (9). Install flange (6) on tube (7) .

- Install tube (7) in housing (8). Install O-ring seal (5) on flange (6) .

- Install tube (3) in the bevel gear case. Install the washers and four bolts (4) .
