If there is no power to the following items; EMC, Air Ride, RHC, CCM, Radio and Park Brake switch do the following.
- Check the following fuses for continuity; Main Power #1 (MF2) and KAPWR (F25). Is the fuse open circuit?
- YES, replace fuse, operate machine, and check fault codes. If machine operates and no fault codes are present, the repair is complete. If new fuse fails check for short circuit.
- NO, go to Step 2.
- YES, replace fuse, operate machine, and check fault codes. If machine operates and no fault codes are present, the repair is complete. If new fuse fails check for short circuit.
- Check connectors for damage and wiring for continuity per schematic. Repair or replace open wiring. Operate machine, and check fault codes. If machine operates and no fault codes are present, the repair is complete.
