(1) The mating surfaces of both the studs and the frame must be clean and free from oil prior to the sealant's application. Apply 4C-5300 Sealant in a 3 mm (0.12 inch) continuous bead around the 200-0999 Studs' flanges. Install the 200-0999 Stud until the flange seats firmly against the inside surface of the chain box.
(2) Torque for 100-3866 Bolts ... 240 ± 40 N·m (177 ± 30 lb ft)
(3) Tighten the 099-4691 Bolts to the following torque. ... 100 ± 20 N·m (74 ± 15 lb ft)

(4) The measurement for play (B) in the 168-7572 Chain or the 191-9659 Chain should be taken on the slack side (C) of the chain. Side (D) is the taut side of the chain. Play (B) for the 168-7572 Chain or the 191-9659 Chain ... 12.50 ± 2.50 mm (0.492 ± 0.098 inch)

(5) Orient the chamfer of the 159-5793 Spacer toward the hydraulic motors.

(6) Install the 142-9036 Nuts in the above order and tighten to the following torque. ... 160 ± 15 N·m (118 ± 11 lb ft)
Torque the 142-9036 Nuts again in the above order, and tighten an additional 60 ± 5 degrees.
