Installation Procedure

- The weight of the empty hydraulic tank is 90 kg (198 lb). Use Tooling (C), a lifting strap, and a suitable lifting device to lift the tank onto the platform into position for installation.

- Install three bolts (9) that hold the tank in place.

- Connect electrical connector (6), line (5), and tube assemblies (7) and (8) to the hydraulic tank.

- Install filter (4) .

- Install plug (3) in the drain valve.

- Bolt cover (2) in place.

- Bolt cover assembly (1) in place. Remove the filler cap and fill the hydraulic tank. The capacity of the hydraulic tank is 36.4 L (9.6 US gal).
