1. The empty weight of the fuel tank is 89 kg (196 lb). Fasten Tooling (A) to fuel tank (9). Attach lifting straps and a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A). Put the fuel tank in position for installing fuel return line (10) .

2. Connect fuel return line (10) to the fuel tank.

3. Place the fuel tank in position for installation. Install four bolts (5) that hold the fuel tank in place.

4. Use bolt (8) to install the clip.

5. Connect fuel line (6) to fuel supply valve (7). Turn the fuel supply valve to the ON position.

6. Attach Tooling (A) to cover (4). Attach a lifting strap and a suitable lifting device to the tooling. Place the cover in position for installation and install the five bolts and washers in the cover.

7. Connect wire connector (3) .

8. Connect two wires to the backup alarm.

9. Install the bolts and cover (1) on the rear of the machine.

End By: Install the saddle assembly (swing boom).
