Separation Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the transmission and the output transfer drive. See Disassembly and Assembly, "Transmission and Transfer Gears - Remove" .
- Use link brackets (A) in order to attach a suitable hoist to the transmission.

- Remove only bolts (1) . Bolts (3) hold plate (4) to the transmission housing.
- Lift transmission assembly (2) from the output transfer drive. The weight of the transmission assembly is 544 kg (1200 lb) .
