Removal Procedure

------ WARNING! ------

Hot oil and components can cause personal injury.

Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.

----------------------

  1. Carefully lower the hook to the ground.

Note: There must not be any tension on the cable.

  1. Stop the engine. Move the hook control lever to the SLOW RAISE position. Hold the control lever in this position for one minute in order to discharge the oil from the brake accumulator.

Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.
