Usage:

583R 2XS

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the counterweight control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Counterweight Control Valve - Remove and Install " for the machine that is being serviced.

NOTICE

Clean the control valve before disassembly. Disassemble the control valve on a clean surface. Keep all of the parts clean in order to prevent damage to the components on the control valve.

NOTICE

Put identification marks on all of the components of the control valve as each one is removed. All of the parts must be reinstalled in the original location. Do not damage any of the internal parts during removal. A damaged valve component will result in oil leakage and affect valve performance.
