卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) 位于左后机架上的卸载车斗枢轴销附近。 连杆 (1) 将卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) 与卸载车斗连接起来。 当卸载车斗升起时,连杆 (1) 使卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) 旋转,从而改变发送至动力传动系电子控制模块(动力传动系 ECM)的脉冲宽度调制信号。 调整传感器与卸载车斗之间的连杆非常重要。 从连杆两端的圆心计算,连杆的长度应为 350.0 ± 3.0 毫米 (13.78 ± 0.12 英寸)。

调整好连杆 (1) 后,动力传动系 ECM 将进行校准。 满足以下所有条件时,动力传动系 ECM 会对卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) 进行校准。

  • 让发动机在机器没有行驶的情况下运转一分钟。

  • 举升控制装置处于悬置位置。

  • 卸载车斗位置传感器发送的信号与之前的校准值相差 6 度。

卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) 可用于限制卸载车斗升起时的最高档位。 动力传动系 ECM 出厂时的最高档位设定为一档。 卸载车斗降下之前,变速箱换档时不会超出一档。 可以利用电子控制分析设置器(ECAP)或电子技师(ET)来设置最高档位值。 最高档位值可以更改为二档、三档或四档。

卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) 发送的信号还可用于控制举升控制阀的缓冲位置。 当卸载车斗下降至机架附近时,动力传动系 ECM 会向举升比例电磁阀发送信号,从而将举升控制阀移至缓冲位置。 在缓冲位置上,原来悬置位置的速度降低,以防止卸载车斗过于剧烈地碰撞机架。

如果卡车在卸载车斗升起的状态下行驶, (卸载车斗位置传感器) 2会向操作员发送警告信号。
