Aftercooler - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install".
- Loosen hose clamps (1) .

- Remove bolts (2) from each end of aftercooler (3). Use two people to remove aftercooler (3). The weight of the aftercooler is 28 kg (62 lb).

Installation Procedure
- Use two people to install aftercooler (3). The weight of the aftercooler is 28 kg (62 lb). Install bolts (2) into each end of aftercooler (3) .

- Tighten hose clamp (1) .
