Winch Drive Motor - Install
Installation Procedure
- Fasten a hoist and a suitable lifting device to winch drive motor (15). Install the winch drive motor. The weight of the winch drive motor is 57 kg (125 lb).

- Install nuts (16) and the washers on the winch brake housing.
- Connect hose assembly (13) and the O-ring.

- Connect hose assemblies (10) and (14) and the O-rings.
- Install flanges (9) and (12). Install bolts (11) and the washers.
- Install guard (8). Install bolts (7) and the washers.

- Install bolts (6) and the washers. Install hose clamp (5). Install bolt (4) and the washer.

- Install hose clamps (1) and (3). Install bolts (2) and the washers.

- Check the oil in the hydraulic tank. Add oil, if necessary. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7109, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".
