Fan - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Open the hood and apply the hood latch.
- Remove four bolts and washers (1). Remove right guard assembly (2) .

- Remove the bolt and washer (3). Remove right brace assembly (4), guard (2) and shroud (5) .
- Remove four bolts, washers and clips (6). Remove left guard assembly (7) .

- Remove the bolts and washers (8) and remove left brace assembly (9). Remove guard (7) and shroud (10) .
- Remove the bolts and washers (11). Remove adapter (12) on fan assembly (13) .
Note: For ease of illustration, the radiator has been removed. It is possible to remove the fan assembly without removing the radiator and the radiator shroud.

Installation Procedure
- Install adapter (12), the bolts and washers (11) on fan assembly (13) .

- Install shroud (10), guard (7) and left brace assembly (9) and install bolts and washers (8) .

- Install the left guard assembly (7), the four bolts, the washers and clips (6) .
- Install shroud (5), the guard (2) and right brace assembly (4) and install the bolt and washer (3) .

End By: Release the hood latch and close the hood.
