Aftercooler - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the air conditioner condenser.
- Remove the bolt and washer (2). Remove air intake assembly (3) .

- Loosen two hose clamps (1) that are located on each side of aftercooler (4) .
- Install Tooling (A) and attach Tooling (B), as shown. Remove five bolts, nuts and washers (5) .

- Remove two bolts (6) and remove aftercooler (4). The weight of the aftercooler is 29 kg (65 lb).

Installation Procedure
- Install aftercooler (4) and install bolts (6) .

- Install five bolts, nuts and washers (5). Remove Tooling (B) and Tooling (A) .

- Tighten two hose clamps (1) that are located on each side of aftercooler (4) .

- Install the air intake assembly (3) and install the bolt and washer (2) .
End By: Install the condenser for the air conditioner.
