Assembly Procedure

Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace any O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.

Note: Before installation, apply 1U-6396 O-ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring seals.

1. Install ring (14), O-ring seal (13), and O-ring seal (11) on check valve (12) .

2. Install check valve assembly (10) in manifold (3) .

3. Tighten two bolts (8) in order to connect manifold (3) and pressure sensor (9) of VIMS for the suspension cylinder.

4. Install washer (7) and valve assembly (6) in manifold (3) .

5. Install washer (5) and valve assembly (4) in manifold (3) .

6. Install two O-ring seals (2) in manifold (3) .

End By: Install the charging valve (suspension cylinder). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Valve (Suspension Cylinder Charging) - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
