Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the charging valve (suspension cylinder). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Valve (Suspension Cylinder Charging - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.

1. Position charging valve (1) on a suitable work bench.

2. Remove two O-ring seals (2) from manifold (3) .

3. Remove valve assembly (4) and washer (5) from manifold (3) .

4. Remove valve assembly (6) and washer (7) from manifold (3) .

5. Loosen two bolts (8) in order to separate manifold (3) from pressure sensor (9) of VIMS for the suspension cylinder.

6. Remove check valve assembly (10) from manifold (3) .

7. Remove O-ring seal (11), O-ring seal (13), and ring (14) from check valve (12) .
