Correct Installation Of 173-5734 Roller From 173-5740 Parking Brake Kit

Usage:

TELEHANDLERTH62 (4TM1235-2405),
TH82 (3JN579-801),
TH63 (5WM1588-3988),
TH83 (3RN1072-2425) TELEHANDLER

Problem:

Complaints have been received from the field with regard to the incorrect operation of the park brake handle and transmission disconnect switches, after installing 173-5740 Parking Brake Kit. The problem has been identified and is restricted to the installation of the 173-5734 Roller in the 173-5735 Plate Assembly.

Solution:

Refer to Illustration. 173-5734 Roller (1) must be located and seated correctly between spring plate (2) and park brake switches (3) in order to function correctly.
