PROBLEM
The existing 3744371/">374-4371 Harness As used on 374-4362 Wiring Gp can short, lose control function or power on certain 521B, 522B, 541 Series 2, and 552 Series 2 Track Feller Bunchers. If the existing 3744371/">374-4371 Harness As shows signs of wear, rubs or loss of control functions, the 374-4362 Wiring Gp will require rerouting and the replacement of 3744371/">374-4371 Harness As while adding conduit to both Harness Assemblies, 374-4370 and 3744371/">374-4371. |

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling. |
Disconnect power at the Master Disconnect before attempting the rework and safely lower the work tool to the ground. Refer to the attached in Image1.1.1 through Image1.1.4 which may require the removal of the 259-7346 RH Arm Rest GP and 185-8284 Cover, removal of the plate inside the RH Console, disconnecting the Start Switch and Potentiometer AS, rerouting of the 374-4362 Wiring GP, and reconnecting the 3744371/">374-4371 Harness AS inside the RH Console. |
