PROBLEM
New Relay Driver Module software needs to be installed on certain 14M3, 16M3, and 18M3 Motor Graders. The new software prevents the relay driver module from resetting during machine operation. |

1. Download Product Status Report (PSRPT) with ET and attach to the Service Information Management System (SIMSi) entry. 2. Install the latest Relay Driver Module software. 3. If any errors or warning appear during the software installation notify your Technical Communicator (TC) to submit the information to CPI number 418252 through CPI Feedback within the Service Information Management System (SIMSi). Note: For this software Remote Flash for Equipment is available to select dealers. Reference Special Instruction, M0064706 for additional details. Note: Always use the latest software available. Sometimes the flash file part numbers are updated before the program terminates. |
