NOTE: | This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI32632" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32632" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The factory-installed steering cylinder guard mounting hardware needs to be replaced with different hardware on certain 14M Motor Graders. The existing hardware may result in reduced pin engagement which could damage the steering cylinder mounting. |

ACTION REQUIRED
Remove the 8T-4185 or 8T-4186 Bolt that is holding the cylinder guard (Note: Some machines were built with an alternate 8T-4186 Bolt here). These bolts will not be reused. Remove and retain the 7X-7729 Washer. Remove the 9C-5344 Spacer. The spacer will not be reused. Install a new 7X-0632 Washer below guard. Install a new 091-0081 Spacer between washer and guard. Install the retained 7X-7729 Washer above guard. Install a new 8T-4185 Bolt. |
