1. Check for contamination and scratches on the seal and top threaded portion of the tank, refer to Image1.1.1. Scratches and contamination may occur due to the following: - The cap and tank are soft for plastic, scratches may occur when closed forcibly, which can result in leakage. - Top of the tank and seal do not have proper contact. |

2. Check the cap seal assembly. Ensure that the seal is on correctly, look for the following things, refer to Image1.2.1: - Cap and seal ? three "mistake proofing" shapes may be misaligned - Cap seal - upside down |
