Oil Filler Group Changes{1316}

Description of Change: A new stronger tube assembly is used in the oil filler group on 789B Trucks and 994 Wheel Loaders. The new tube assembly has thicker wall thickness and a stronger gusset.

A new oil filler group is used on 793B Trucks. The new filler group includes the new stronger tube assembly and an additional bracket that supports the top of the tube assembly.

Adaptable To: The new 115-3624 Tube Assembly is a direct replacement for the former 7C-3264 and 103-0900 Tube Assemblies in the 2W-3701 Oil Filler Group on 789 and 789B Trucks and 994 Loaders. See Illustration 1. The former oil filler tube assemblies are canceled.

Two changes were made for 793 and 793B Trucks.

1. The new 119-6329 Oil Filler Group replaces the 2W-3701 Oil Filler Group on 793 and 793B Trucks. The components of the new oil filler group are identified in the chart and Illustration 2.

2. A new 119-6339 Elbow replaced the former 7E-7697 Elbow in the 9Y-8909 Water Lines Group. The new elbow has added bosses to which the new 7E-3939 Bracket (5), part of the new 119-6329 Oil Filler Group, can be bolted.
