The 8E8164 Thrust Disc (bronze) has been made available for use in the number three planetary train in the large truck transmission. This disc may be used in place of the 9G7463 Thrust Disc if desired. The 9G7463 Thrust Disc will remain available in the parts system and will continue to be used in manufacturing. The 8E8164 Thrust Disc will be an option for parts service only. Planetary Groups affected are 3T0036 and 6Y5642.
