Usage:
Start By:
a. remove oil pan
1. Remove bolts (2). Remove tube assembly (1) and bell assembly from the oil pump as a unit.
2. Remove bolts (4). Remove tube assembly (3).
3. Remove O-ring seals (5) from the tube assemblies.
4. Remove clip (6). RRemove screen assembly (7) from the bell assembly.
5. Remove bolts (8). Remove support (9) from the bell assembly.
6. Remove bolts (10). Remove oil pump (11).
Install Oil Pump
1. Put oil pump (1) in position on the engine. Install the bolts that hold it.
2. Install support (2) on the bell assembly.
3. Install screen assembly (3) and clip on the bell assembly.
4. Install O-ring seals (4) on the tube assemblies. Put a small amount of clean SAE 30W oil on the O-ring seals.
5. Put tube assembly (6) in position in the oil pump and install the bolts that hold it to the cylinder block.
6. Put tube assembly (5) and bell assembly in position in the oil pump. Install the bolts that hold it to the cylinder block.
