All Direct Injection 3306 Engines With Scroll Fuel Systems
Description of Change: An oil drain hole has been added to the spacer plate cylinder blocks for direct injection 3306 Engines. This oil drain hole, which is in the fuel pump mounting area, permits use of the scroll fuel system on direct injection 3306 Engines.
The spacer plate block will have a plug in the oil drain hole when used with a sleeve metering fuel system.
The scroll fuel system cannot be used on counterbore cylinder block.
