Gas Pressure Regulator Solenoid - Remove and Install

Usage:

G3516 AL7

Removal Procedure


NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

  1. Turn OFF the gas supply.

  2. Disconnect the harness assembly from solenoid (1).

  3. Remove eight bolts (2) and remove the gas pressure regulator solenoid (3) from the fuel supply line.

Installation Procedure


NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.


  1. Install the gas pressure regulator solenoid (3) in reverse order of removal.

    1. Tighten eight bolts (2) to a torque of 150 ± 20 N·m (111 ± 15 lb ft).
