Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Disconnect harness assembly (1). Remove unfiltered engine oil pressure sensor (2) and elbow (3).

- Remove filtered engine oil pressure sensor (5) and adapter (6).

- Install filtered engine oil pressure sensor (5) and unfiltered engine oil pressure sensor (2) in the reverse order of removal.
- Lubricate the bore of filtered engine oil pressure sensor (5) and unfiltered engine oil pressure sensor (2) with the fluid that is being sealed.
- Tighten filtered engine oil pressure sensor (5) and unfiltered engine oil pressure sensor (2) to a torque of
10 ± 2 N·m (89 ± 18 lb in) .
