Turbocharger - Disassemble
Start By:
- Remove turbocharger.

Do not attempt to disassemble the turbocharger cartridge assembly. The turbocharger cartridge assembly is not field serviced, and should be replaced only as a unit. |
- Position the turbocharger on a bench. Place alignment marks on compressor housing (1), turbocharger cartridge (2), and turbine housing (5).
- Remove bolts (4) and compressor housing (1).
- Loosen clamp assembly (5) and remove turbine housing (3).
