- Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change" for the correct draining procedure.

- Disconnect harness assemblies (1). Remove bolts (2) and (3) and remove elbow and tube assembly (4). Remove the O-ring seals (not shown).

- Remove O-ring seal (14) from the housing.
- Loosen bolt (11) that holds impeller (13) in place. Do not remove the bolt.
- Use a block and Tooling (A) to put tension on impeller (13). Tap on the center of the block in order to loosen impeller (13) on the shaft.
- Remove the following components from the shaft: bolt (11), washer (12) and impeller (13).
- Remove seal group (16).
