The existing 207-1562 Electric Starting Motor Groups and batteries used in the serial numbers listed, may not generate enough power to crank the engine properly.
Replace the existing starter motor and batteries with new 338-3454 Electric Starting Motor Groups and new 101-4000 Battery Groups .
Note: This resolution is limited to the China region on the specified serial numbers.
