Maintenance Interval Schedule

Note: All safety information, warnings, and instructions must be read and understood before you perform any operation or any maintenance procedure.

The user is responsible for the performance of maintenance. All adjustments, the use of proper lubricants, fluids, filters, and the replacement of components due to normal wear and aging are included. Failure to adhere to proper maintenance intervals and procedures may result in diminished performance of the product and/or accelerated wear of components.

When the maintenance procedures for a specific maintenance interval are performed, all of the maintenance procedures from the previous maintenance intervals must also be performed.

When Required

Breather (Transmission) - Clean

Every 10 Service Hours or Daily

Transmission Oil Level - Check

Initial 200 Service Hours or 8000 Kilometers (5000 Miles)

Oil Filter (Transmission) - Replace

Every 500 Service Hours or 6 Months or 20 000 Kilometers (12 000 Miles) for Vehicles Used in Severe Applications

Magnetic Screen (Transmission) - Clean
Oil Filter (Transmission) - Replace
Transmission Oil - Change
Transmission Oil Sample - Obtain

Every 500 Service Hours or 6 Months

Breather (Transmission) - Clean

Every 1000 Service Hours or 1 Year or 40 000 Kilometers (25 000 Miles) for Vehicles Used in General Applications

Magnetic Screen (Transmission) - Clean
Oil Filter (Transmission) - Replace
Transmission Oil - Change
Transmission Oil Sample - Obtain

Every 1500 Service Hours or 1 Year

Breather (Transmission) - Clean

Every 3000 Service Hours or 3 Years or 120 000 Kilometers (75 000 Miles)for Vehicles Using Synthethic Transmission Oil in General Applications

Oil Filter (Transmission) - Replace
Transmission Oil Sample - Obtain
