Start By:

  1. Remove the water pump.

  1. Remove bolts (10) and remove pulley (9).

  2. Remove bolts (1) and remove cover (2).

  3. Remove O-ring (3).

  4. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to remove shaft assembly (7) from impeller (4) and housing (6).

  5. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to remove seal assembly (5) from shaft assembly (7).

  6. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to remove hub (8) from shaft assembly (7).
