Do Not Reuse New Integral Seals on Certain C32 Marine Engines {1052, 1071, 1307, 7555}

- C32 MARINE (S/N: RSD1-UP; RPM1-UP; SDN1-UP)
- C32 MARINE GS (S/N: DSJ1-UP; RTK1-UP)
New Integral Seals are used on the C32 Marine engines listed above. The new seals listed in Table 1 and shown in Illustration 1 as Items 1 and 2 cannot be reused after disassembly. If the seals, shown on the engine in Illustration 2, are disturbed new seals are required.
207-1601 Rubber Lubricant also called P-80 Assembly lubricant or Europe, Africa, and Middle East (EAME) 207-1600 Rubber Lubricant is recommended to aid in the assembly of the integral seals. Other types of lubricants could adversely degrade the seal material.
