滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果不事先释放压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 卸下机具和其油路之前，必须先把机具放到地面上，让油先冷却，才可进行工作。 只能在发动机停机，并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。 |

变速箱滤清器底座上有滤清器进口和冷却器出口测压口。 参考图 2。 进口测压口同时还是两用定期油取样（SOS）口（带有紫色防尘罩）。 在为 SOS 进行油品取样时采用此端口。 为了防止损坏端口内的密封并由此引发泄漏，在使用油液取样口时务必采用 169-8373 油液取样瓶。
按照以下程序获取 SOS 油样。
- 起动发动机。 加热机油，直至油位达到
47° C (116° F) 。 - 确保变速箱控制装置处于空档位置并将油门置于低怠速位置。
- 卸下防尘盖。 使用 169-8373 油液取样瓶从 SOS 口获取油样。
- 停止发动机。
- 检查液压滤清器滤芯中有无异物。
- 更换液压滤清器滤芯。
