诊断代码和事件代码

将 Cat(ET)连接到维修工具接头上。 检查有无激活的诊断代码和事件代码。

查找有无关于高压燃油系统和低压燃油系统的现行和记录的诊断代码和事件。 继续之前,使用适当的电路测试方法诊断和排除激活的代码。

使用记录事件的时间标记来确定事件激活的时间。 采取以下措施:

如果 E363 随 E770 一起激活,则低压燃油系统正在向高压泵输送高温燃油。 高供油温度可提高高压燃油温度,使其足以触发 E770 代码。 对低压燃油系统的现行 E363 代码进行故障排除。 当低压燃油系统的故障被排除时,重新检查发动机有无 E770 事件。

如果 E770 激活但 E363 没有激活,则表明高压燃油泵有故障。 更换高压燃油泵和边缘滤清器。

燃油温度传感器

使用 Cat ET 监控"燃油温度"和"燃油轨温度"参数。 确保所有这些状态参数的值都是合理的。
