气缸和气门的位置

(A) 进气门

(B) 排气门

气门间隙过大可能会导致部分气门杆、弹簧和弹簧挡圈断裂。 气门机构损坏将产生超出正常技术规格的排放。

液压挺杆将补偿配气机构部件的所有正常磨损。

气门间隙过大可能会是以下故障的迹象:

  • 凸轮轴和气门挺杆磨损

  • 摇臂磨损

  • 推杆弯曲

  • 推杆上端套管断裂

  • 气门间隙调整螺钉松动

  • 液压间隙调节器故障

如果凸轮轴和气门挺杆出现快速磨损现象,检查可能的原因是否为机油中混入燃油或机油脏污。

气门间隙检查

发动机的意外起动可能造成人员伤害或死亡。

为了防止发动机的意外起动,请将点火开关转到断开位置,并在点火开关位置放置"不得操作"标志。


  1. 找到 1 号活塞的上止点。 有关正确的步骤,请参阅系统操作、测试和调整, "查找 1 号活塞上止点位置"。

  1. 检查摇臂有无发动机气门间隙。 不应存在发动机气门间隙。

  1. 如果在任何位置存在发动机气门间隙,间隙可能是由液压间隙调节器的正常回降引起。 抵住推杆推动相关摇臂 (1) 。 推杆由于液压挺杆的恢复而向上推时,摇臂 (1) 应旋转。 待所有移动停止后,再次测试发动机气门间隙。 不应存在发动机气门间隙。

  1. 使用工具 (A) 顺时针旋转曲轴。 曲轴应旋转 360 度。

  1. 检查摇臂有无发动机气门间隙。 不应存在发动机气门间隙。

  1. 如果在任何位置存在发动机气门间隙,间隙可能是由液压间隙调节器的正常回降引起。 抵住推杆推动相关摇臂 (1) 。 监视摇臂 (1) 有无移动。 推杆由于液压间隙调节器的恢复而向上推时,摇臂 (1) 应旋转。 待所有移动停止后,再次测试发动机气门间隙。 不应存在发动机气门间隙。

  1. 如果在任何位置发现发动机气门间隙,检查气门机构部件有无过度磨损或损坏。 检查液压间隙调节器有无损坏。
