测量气门导管中气门的径向移动。 (1) 气门导管 (2) 气门在气门导管中的径向移动 (3) 阀杆 (4) 千分表 (5) 气门头 | |
- 将适当的带磁力底座的千分表放在缸盖表面。
- 将门盖边缘提升至 15 mm (0.591 inch )处。
- 径向移动气门，使其远离千分表。 确保气门尽量远离千分表。 将千分表接触点定位到气门头边缘。 将千分表指针位置归零。
- 径向移动气门，使其尽可能靠近千分表。 记录千分表上指示的移动距离。 如果此距离大于气门在气门导管中的最大间隙，则需更换气门导管。 请参考技术规格, "缸盖气门"，查看间隙有关信息。
将原始阀导管塞入缸盖中。 当安装新气门导管 (1) 时，必须安装新气门和新气门座镶圈。 缸盖必须再次镗大孔径，以安装新阀导管。 更多信息，请联系您的经销商或代理商。
