- 拆下螺栓 (2 ) 。 拆下弯头 (3) 和管 (4) 。
- 从弯头 (3) 上拆下密封垫。 将 O 形密封圈从管 (4) 上拆下。
- 将适当的起吊设备连接到发动机机油冷却器 (6) 上。 发动机机油冷却器 (6) 的重量约为 79 kg (175 lb)。 卸下螺栓 (5) 。

- 将卡箍组件从管组件 (7) 上拆下。 断开管组件 (7) 。

- 将螺栓 (11) 从发动机机油冷却器 (6) 的底部上拆下。
- 从发动机上缓慢提升发动机机油冷却器 (6) 。 管 (8) 和管 (9) 将从弯头和底盖上滑出。 将 O 形密封圈从管 (8) 和管 (9) 上拆下。
- 如有必要，将螺栓从法兰 (10) 上拆下。 从法兰上拆卸密封垫。
