When the "DATE AND TIME" function is selected from the main menu on the display (22) of the control panel, the current system time appears.

The date and time displays as shown in Illustration 2 in the order of year, month, day, hours, minutes, and seconds.

Note: When the function is exited, the date and time displays in the reverse order on time-stamped logs.

Use the following procedure to modify any of the displayed values:

  1. Position the cursor (>) opposite the value to be modified.

    For example, in Illustration 2, the cursor is opposite the "Year" value.

  1. Select the validate key (11) .

  1. Modify the selected value.

    • Use the Scroll Up/Increment key (9) to increase the value by one.

    • Use the Scroll Down/Decrement key (10) to decrease the value by one.

  1. Enter the new value by pressing the Validate key (11) .

  1. Perform Steps 1 thorough 4 to modify the remaining values.

  1. Press the Return key (17) at any time to exit the "DATE AND TIME" function.

    Note: If no modifications to values are validated, exiting the function corresponds to canceling the request.
