调速系统图解

电子控制模块(ECM)连续多次努力达到工作条件的需求发动机转速。

需求发动机转速由下列因素确定:

需求转速输入 - 0 到 5 VDC 或者 4 到20 mA 的信号可以提供这个输入。 "需求转速输入配置"确定 ECM 所用的输入。 该输入由电位计提供。

可编程参数 - Caterpillar 电子技师(Cat ET)用于对这些影响需求发动机转速的参数进行编程设定:"低怠速", "最小高怠速" 和 "最大高怠速"。 可编程设定"发动机加速 率"确定期望转速的加速率和减速率。 "调速器类型设定"参数可以被设定到"降低"或"同步"。 请参考系统操作 / 测试和调整, "电子控制系统参数"以了解这些参数的更多信息。

怠速 / 额定开关 - 怠速 / 额定开关是可选的。 如果使用怠速 / 额定开关,发动机转速可能也受发动机机油压力影响:

  • 如果怠速 / 额定开关在怠速位置,ECM 将总是选择低怠速。

  • 如果发动机机油压力低于低压警告设定点,ECM 将选择低怠速。

  • 如果发动机机油压力高于低压警告设定点且怠速 / 额定开关在额定位置,ECM 将选择额定转速。

实际发动机转速经由发动机转速 / 正时传感器的信号探测到。 ECM 将实际发动机转速与需求发动机转速进行比较。 ECM 起到电子调速器的作用,以发出油门指令。

电子调速器使用增益以便提供稳定运行。 有两组可用增益。 ECM 使用"在网状态"参数以便确定所用增益。 如果"在网状态"断开,ECM 对主调速器使用增益。 如果"在网状态"接通,ECM 对辅助调速器使用增益。

调速器油门指令为油门最大位置的百分数。 可在 Cat ET 上查看油门指令的值。 油门指令被发送到油门执行器。 油门执行器以机械方式连接到油门体。 有油门位置的反馈信号。
