Fuel Rail Pressure Is Low While Cranking

- 最低发动机转速或盘车转速必须为至少 150 RPM。
- 燃油压力必须高于 210 kPa (30 psi)。
- 燃油温度必须高于 10° C (50° F)。

4. 执行 "Fuel System Functional Test（燃油系统功能测试）"。 A. 在 Cat ET 上执行 "Fuel System Functional Test（燃油系统功能测试）"。 Cat ET 将显示指出故障的错误信息。 遵循错误信息的修理步骤。 如果测试由于主动诊断而中止，请确保首先对该代码进行故障诊断与排除。 1. Fuel Pump Not Timed Correctly（燃油泵正时错误）：拆下高压燃油泵。 请参阅拆解和组装以了解正确步骤。 将发动机转至 TDC。 对泵进行正时，然后重新安装高压燃油泵。 然后，运行 "Fuel System Functional Test（燃油系统功能测试）"以确认泵正时正确。 2.
