对于低压气体装置,供应到空燃混合器的燃料质量由下列两个因素确定:

  • 调节器出口压力和空燃混合器空气进口压力之间的压差

  • 调节器主供气压力和空燃混合器空气进口压力之间的压差

空燃混合器供气压差可通过参考"高热值燃料和低热值燃料"图确定。 空燃混合器供气压差基于空燃混合器使用的节流孔和燃料的热值。

必须在平衡管端口 (4) 与汽化器进口之间连接一条平衡管。 此平衡管允许调节器将燃油控制阀的气体压力维持不变。 平衡管使腔室 (3) 中的压力与汽化器的供气压力相等。 补偿管 (6) 允许空燃混合器提供压力 (10) 充满膜片 (5) 下面的舱室 (9) 。

弹簧压力可使用调整螺母 (1) 来调整。 压力必须针对空燃混合器类型和燃料能量值进行调整。

弹簧 (2) 的压力压在膜片 (5) 上。 任何空气滤清器阻力都会在舱室中产生负压,与弹簧压力对抗。 这一负压通过平衡管端口 (4) 进入舱室。 膜片的移动操作气门杆 (7) ,气门因而打开。 气门打开允许燃气从进口 (8) 流向出口 (10) 。 当舱室 (9) 中的燃气压力等于弹簧压力加上舱室 (1) 中的真空时,气门停止打开。

随着负载增加,ECM 会进一步打开油门板。 油门板打开增加允许燃料流入进气歧管,从而降低膜片燃气侧的压力。 弹簧的压力减去空气负压,打开燃气阀。 燃气阀会保持打开,直到膜片下方的压力被弹簧力合膜片上方的气体负压平衡。
