Usage:

如果有不稳定的故障,在调整调速器前必须查明其他原因。 例如,诊断代码和不稳定的燃气压力可能引起不稳定。

当调整主调速器时,确保 "Grid Status(在网状态)"参数在 "OFF(断开)"处。 当调整辅助调速器时,确保 "Grid Status(在网状态)"参数在 "ON(接通)"处。

要更改参数,使用 Cat ET "信息"下拉菜单上的"实时曲线图"特性。 该曲线图是观察调整效果提供最好的方法。

调整后,必须通过中断发动机转速和 / 或负载来测试稳定性。 使发动机在全部的转速和负载范围下运转,以确保稳定性。

注: 当实际发动机转速与期望发动机转速有差异时,"调速器(比例)增益百分比"的调整直接影响油门执行器的速度。 该参数的过度增加可能会增加不稳定性。

要设定"调速器(比例)增益百分比",增加该值直到执行器变得不稳定。 缓慢地降低该值,以稳定执行器。 在稍微过调或欠调时观察发动机运转是否正常。

"调速器(整体)稳定性百分比"的调整使执行器对负载和转速改变的响应衰减。 增加这个值提供较小的衰减。 降低该值提供较大的衰减。 为了减少过调,降低数值。 为了减少欠调,增加数值。

注: 增加"调速器(整体)稳定性百分比"可能需要降低"调速器(比例)增益百分比",以维持稳定操作。

(1) "调速器(比例)增益百分比"过高且"调速器(整体)稳定性百分比"过低。 起动时有大的过调,在瞬时负载时有些过调。

(2) "调速器(比例)增益百分比"稍高且"调速器(整体)稳定性百分比"稍低。 起动时稍有过调,但是对瞬时负载的响应是最佳的。

(3) "调速器(比例)增益百分比"稍低且"调速器(整体)稳定性百分比"稍高。 起动时性能最佳,但对瞬时负载的响应慢。

(4) "调速器(比例)增益百分比"过低且"调速器(整体)稳定性百分比"过高。 对瞬时负载响应太慢。

(5) 对瞬时负载的响应调整到最佳性能。

调速器类型

使用 Cat ET 选择"调速器类型设定"配置参数。

对于发电机组的应用,有两组节流阀执行器的响应。 "同步模式"用于提供"在网断开"的同步发动机稳定性。 "下降工作"是为了"在网接通"的稳定性。 节流阀执行器设定的调整与这两个响应有关。
